Why Professional Mobile Pet Styling?
We understand that some dogs (and owners) find the traditional salon environment stressful. It could be the car ride, the mad rush in the morning to get your dog dropped off, the barking dogs in the back of the shop or your pet feeling your anxiety of just leaving him for hours.
Mobile grooming gives you and your pet another alternative. Your dog will never be left unattended, nor left in a cage to dry. Be assured we strive to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for your pet.
Our mission is to help reduce stress by providing an uninterrupted, relaxing environment filled with aromatherapy, compassion, integrity, respect and one on one personal care, establishing a bond of trust with your pet.
There are many benefits of regular grooming such as keeping the skin and coat healthy, reduced shedding and hands-on examinations during the bath and dry process. Professional grooming is just as much a part of your dog's health care as visits to your vet. A healthy pet is a happy pet!
We bring the spa to you, whether it’s your home or office. Serenity Spaw is a self-sustained, clean, state of the art salon on wheels that is warm and snug in the winter and cool in the summer, providing the perfect environment for your pet.
How it works - Serenity Spaw style!
At Serenity Spaw, we are looking to partner with owners who are devoted to their pet's health and well-being through grooming. We are dedicated to delivering professional pet styling services focusing on your pet's welfare and safety. We believe in "humanity over vanity", and we will NEVER knowingly put your pet at risk.
Currently we offer pre-scheduled appointment occurring every 2 or 4 weeks.
Due to our unique routing system, same day appointments are not available. Clients must commit to a 2 or 4 week recurring appointment schedule.
If you think mobile pet styling is an option for you and your pet, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our primary form of communication is text messaging, although we welcome emails from our Let's Connect page. Your pet's safety and comfort is our top priority, therefore no phone calls will be personally answered during business hours. Time is precious and we want to take the steps necessary to be respectful of both your time and ours. All communication will be responded to as quickly as possible.
An initial first-time interview will help us confirm if our service is right for you. If you've decide that mobile is for you we will email you a "new client packet" and offer you appointment availability.
We are happy to provide LATCHKEY service at NO EXTRA CHARGE TO YOU!. The beauty of Latchkey is you don’t have to be at home for us to groom your dog. This service can be set up after your initial styling session. Clients love it!
